How We Work
  • JCTF personnel are credentialed by Denver 911
  • We operate within the framework of the Denver 911 Continuity of Operation Plan (COOP)
  • The JCTF follows all doctrines and directives of the National Response Framework (NRF), National Incident Management System (NIMS/ICS), Colorado State Emergency Operations Plan (SEOP), and Denver County Emergency Operations Plan (EOP)

JCTF Staff

Our highly-qualified volunteers have experience in public safety. All are dedicated to providing professional emergency response to back up to the City’s already established public safety network.

  • Our personnel are trained in NIMS/ICS
  • We participate in professional level training exercises and classes with other governmental and non-governmental entities
  • We maintain high level relationships in the public safety arena at the city, state, and Federal levels

Agency Affiliations

Served Agencies

The JCTF provides emergency and non-emergency services within the City and County of Denver as well as other public safety related duties. Our primary agency affiliation is with Denver 911.

The JCTF can support non-governmental organizations should the need arise, at the direction of the Denver 911 Director.
